If, when the Sun is in Scorpio, Venus or Mercury or both should occupy either the second house from the Sun, viz ., Sagittarius or the twelfth house Libra, summer crops will thrive. If at the same time the sign of Sagittarius or Libra should be within sight of Jupiter, such crops will grow in great abundance.
