If the appearance of Gandharvanagara should be seen in the north, priests will suffer; if in the east, rulers will suffer; if in the south, commanders of armies will suffer, and if in the west, the first prince will suffer. If the appearance should be white, the Brāhmaṇas will suffer; if red, the Kṣatriyas ; if yellow, the Vaiśyas ; and if black, the Śūdras will suffer.
