The asterisms of Puṣya , Kṛttikā , Viśākhā , Bharaṇī , Maghā , Pūrvabhādra and Pūrvaphālguni are known as the circle of Agni. The previous symptoms of an earthquake of Agni occuring when the Moon is in any of these seven asterisms, will last for seven days.
