If the nine divisions of the 27 constellations from Kṛttikā should suffer from the presence of malefic planets in them, the rulers of Pāñcāla, Magadha, Kaliṅga, Avantī, Anarta, Sindhu, Sauvīra, Hārahaura, Madra and Kauṇinda will respectively suffer miseries.
