If Venus should reappear or be crossed by a planet in the western portion of the maṇḍalas beginning from Svātī and from Jyeṣṭhā or in the eastern portion of the maṇḍala beginning from Maghā, there will be happiness in the land; in all the other maṇḍalas the effects will be the same as those already described wherever Venus might happen to reappear or be then crossed.
