The four constellations from Bharaṇi are known as the first maṇḍala (circle or division). If Venus should reappear in it there will be prosperity in the land; the people of Vaṅga and of Aṅga , the Mahiṣas , the Vāhlīkās and the Kaliṅgas will be afflicted with fears.
