If the eclipses should fall in the lunar month of Phālguna , the people of Vaṅga, of Āśmaka, of Avantikā and the Mekalās will be afflicted with disease; dancers, food crops, chaste women, bow-makers, the Kṣatriyas and ascetics will also suffer.
