ज॒नय॑न्रोच॒ना दि॒वो ज॒नय॑न्न॒प्सु सूर्य॑म् । वसा॑नो॒ गा अ॒पो हरिः॑
janayanrocanā divo janayannapsu sūryam vasāno gā apo hariḥ
He generated brightness of heaven, he generated the sun in waters; the cows, the waters’ rulers, are Hari.

ए॒ष प्र॒त्नेन॒ मन्म॑ना दे॒वो दे॒वेभ्य॒स्परि॑ । धार॑या पवते सु॒तः
eṣa pratnena manmanā devo devebhyaspari dhārayā pavate sutaḥ
This god, striving with his mind, stood among gods; the purifying bearer was upheld by the wind.

वा॒वृ॒धा॒नाय॒ तूर्व॑ये॒ पव॑न्ते॒ वाज॑सातये । सोमाः॑ स॒हस्र॑पाजसः
vāvṛdhānāya tūrvaye pavante vājasātaye somāḥ sahasrapājasaḥ
They swiftly, for gaining strength, rush with the breath for the might of sacrifice; Soma of thousand reins moves.

दु॒हा॒नः प्र॒त्नमित्पयः॑ प॒वित्रे॒ परि॑ षिच्यते । क्रन्द॑न्दे॒वाँ अ॑जीजनत्
duhānaḥ pratnamitpayaḥ pavitre pari ṣicyate krandandevām̐ ajījanat
The milk flows plentifully by striving; in the pure place it is poured; the gods made the cow lowing anew.

अ॒भि विश्वा॑नि॒ वार्या॒भि दे॒वाँ ऋ॑ता॒वृधः॑ । सोमः॑ पुना॒नो अ॑र्षति
abhi viśvāni vāryābhi devām̐ ṛtāvṛdhaḥ somaḥ punāno arṣati
He, Soma, extends all the streams toward the gods, made steadfast by truth; Soma flows again in abundance.

गोम॑न्नः सोम वी॒रव॒दश्वा॑व॒द्वाज॑वत्सु॒तः । पव॑स्व बृह॒तीरिषः॑
gomannaḥ soma vīravadaśvāvadvājavatsutaḥ pavasva bṛhatīriṣaḥ
The cows' protector Soma, the mighty, the charioteer of horses in battle, exalted with great offerings; the purer of rivers and expanses.
