प्र धारा॑ अस्य शु॒ष्मिणो॒ वृथा॑ प॒वित्रे॑ अक्षरन् । पु॒ना॒नो वाच॑मिष्यति
pra dhārā asya śuṣmiṇo vṛthā pavitre akṣaran punāno vācamiṣyati
Let not the flow of this dry one be vain, spotless and imperishable; again he will go to speech.

इन्दु॑र्हिया॒नः सो॒तृभि॑र्मृ॒ज्यमा॑नः॒ कनि॑क्रदत् । इय॑र्ति व॒ग्नुमि॑न्द्रि॒यम्
indurhiyānaḥ sotṛbhirmṛjyamānaḥ kanikradat iyarti vagnumindriyam
The waxing Indu, washed by his seers, sprinkled, bestowed the chant; he increased the moving senses.

आ नः॒ शुष्मं॑ नृ॒षाह्यं॑ वी॒रव॑न्तं पुरु॒स्पृह॑म् । पव॑स्व सोम॒ धार॑या
ā naḥ śuṣmaṃ nṛṣāhyaṃ vīravantaṃ puruspṛham pavasva soma dhārayā
Bring us the dry, the heroic, the much-desiring of men — by the sustaining power of Soma.

प्र सोमो॒ अति॒ धार॑या॒ पव॑मानो असिष्यदत् । अ॒भि द्रोणा॑न्या॒सद॑म्
pra somo ati dhārayā pavamāno asiṣyadat abhi droṇānyāsadam
Before, Soma, by thy sustaining power, you left behind the purifying; you set down against the vessel.

अ॒प्सु त्वा॒ मधु॑मत्तमं॒ हरिं॑ हिन्व॒न्त्यद्रि॑भिः । इन्द॒विन्द्रा॑य पी॒तये॑
apsu tvā madhumattamaṃ hariṃ hinvantyadribhiḥ indavindrāya pītaye
In waters they smote Hari, the sweetest of the sweet, with rocks; Indra-pleasing Indu for drinking.

सु॒नोता॒ मधु॑मत्तमं॒ सोम॒मिन्द्रा॑य व॒ज्रिणे॑ । चारुं॒ शर्धा॑य मत्स॒रम्
sunotā madhumattamaṃ somamindrāya vajriṇe cāruṃ śardhāya matsaram
Let the son attain the sweetest of sweets, the Soma for Indra, the strong one; cherish the fair offering, O rival.
