भूरीदिन्द्र॑स्य वी॒र्यं१॒॑ व्यख्य॑म॒भ्याय॑ति । राध॑स्ते दस्यवे वृक
bhūrīdindrasya vīryaṃ1 vyakhyamabhyāyati rādhaste dasyave vṛka
I declare the mighty vigour of Indra: he struck down the robber-wolf for thee.

श॒तं श्वे॒तास॑ उ॒क्षणो॑ दि॒वि तारो॒ न रो॑चन्ते । म॒ह्ना दिवं॒ न त॑स्तभुः
śataṃ śvetāsa ukṣaṇo divi tāro na rocante mahnā divaṃ na tastabhuḥ
A hundred white steeds of the dawn shine; they do not delight in the bright heavens; they upheld the sky not by might alone.

श॒तं वे॒णूञ्छ॒तं शुनः॑ श॒तं चर्मा॑णि म्ला॒तानि॑ । श॒तं मे॑ बल्बजस्तु॒का अरु॑षीणां॒ चतुः॑शतम्
śataṃ veṇūñchataṃ śunaḥ śataṃ carmāṇi mlātāni śataṃ me balbajastukā aruṣīṇāṃ catuḥśatam
A hundred flutes, a hundred dogs, a hundred hides, a hundred skins—hundreds of bulbs and four hundred shining ones.

सु॒दे॒वाः स्थ॑ काण्वायना॒ वयो॑वयो विच॒रन्तः॑ । अश्वा॑सो॒ न च॑ङ्क्रमत
sudevāḥ stha kāṇvāyanā vayovayo vicarantaḥ aśvāso na caṅkramata
Great gods, staunch for the Kanvas, move about in vigorous youth; horses did not there shrink back.

आदित्सा॒प्तस्य॑ चर्किर॒न्नानू॑नस्य॒ महि॒ श्रवः॑ । श्यावी॑रतिध्व॒सन्प॒थश्चक्षु॑षा च॒न सं॒नशे॑
āditsāptasya carkirannānūnasya mahi śravaḥ śyāvīratidhvasanpathaścakṣuṣā cana saṃnaśe
The sun of the seventh day rolled forth, the great fame of the abundant one; the tawny hero shattered the way; sight and eye proclaimed the path.
