न॒हि वो॒ अस्त्य॑र्भ॒को देवा॑सो॒ न कु॑मार॒कः । विश्वे॑ स॒तोम॑हान्त॒ इत्
nahi vo astyarbhako devāso na kumārakaḥ viśve satomahānta it
The gods are not lacking of heavenly splendor nor immature in might; all are the great cosmic powers.

इति॑ स्तु॒तासो॑ असथा रिशादसो॒ ये स्थ त्रय॑श्च त्रिं॒शच्च॑ । मनो॑र्देवा यज्ञियासः
iti stutāso asathā riśādaso ye stha trayaśca triṃśacca manordevā yajñiyāsaḥ
Thus were they praised by the seers, those who are thirty and three; the gods accept the worship of the mind.

ते न॑स्त्राध्वं॒ ते॑ऽवत॒ त उ॑ नो॒ अधि॑ वोचत । मा नः॑ प॒थः पित्र्या॑न्मान॒वादधि॑ दू॒रं नै॑ष्ट परा॒वतः॑
te nastrādhvaṃ te'vata ta u no adhi vocata mā naḥ pathaḥ pitryānmānavādadhi dūraṃ naiṣṭa parāvataḥ
They gave us not the path; they turned it away and spoke over us: 'Let not our fathers' way be carried far beyond the border.'

ये दे॑वास इ॒ह स्थन॒ विश्वे॑ वैश्वान॒रा उ॒त । अ॒स्मभ्यं॒ शर्म॑ स॒प्रथो॒ गवेऽश्वा॑य यच्छत
ye devāsa iha sthana viśve vaiśvānarā uta asmabhyaṃ śarma sapratho gave'śvāya yacchata
The gods who dwell here have become all-pervading; grant us protection first: what cattle and horses they bestow.
