yatstho dīrghaprasadmani yadvādo rocane divaḥ yadvā samudre adhyākṛte gṛhe'ta ā yātamaśvinā
What is firm in long delight, what is the speech of the shining heaven, what was made in the ocean, in the house that came—O Ashvins, this has come.

Whatever sacrifice men behold, know it, O Kanva; I invoke Brihaspati, all-gods; I call Indra, Vishnu, the Ashvins—swiftly may they come.

tyā nva1śvinā huve sudaṃsasā gṛbhe kṛtā yayorasti pra ṇaḥ sakhyaṃ deveṣvadhyāpyam
I invoked with sweetest songs the two Ashvins, made brilliant in the house; between whom is friendship, imparted among the gods.

Rigveda · Chapter Mandala 8, Sukta 10 · Verse 8.10.4
yayoradhi pra yajñā asūre santi sūrayaḥ tā yajñasyādhvarasya pracetasā svadhābhiryā pibataḥ somyaṃ madhu
Where the two have the might of sacrifice, the mighty ones are present; may they drink the Soma-honey with devoted thought along the sacrificial track.

yadadyāśvināvapāgyatprākstho vājinīvasū yaddruhyavyanavi turvaśe yadau huve vāmatha mā gatam
When formerly the Ashvins advanced, like steeds in front, when the relentless one of the hostile folk I invoked, do not let misfortune come.

yadantarikṣe patathaḥ purubhujā yadveme rodasī anu yadvā svadhābhiradhitiṣṭhatho rathamata ā yātamaśvinā
When they moved in the mid-space, spread-eared, like men with wide arms, when they followed the tears, when they stood by the sacred fuels, O Ashvins, this has come.
