निर्म॑थितः॒ सुधि॑त॒ आ स॒धस्थे॒ युवा॑ क॒विर॑ध्व॒रस्य॑ प्रणे॒ता । जूर्य॑त्स्व॒ग्निर॒जरो॒ वने॒ष्वत्रा॑ दधे अ॒मृतं॑ जा॒तवे॑दाः
nirmathitaḥ sudhita ā sadhasthe yuvā kaviradhvarasya praṇetā jūryatsvagnirajaro vaneṣvatrā dadhe amṛtaṃ jātavedāḥ
The poet, stirred and purified, stood with you by the dwelling of the Maruts, the sender of the firm-voiced one. May the agni, undying, burn in the forests here and give us immortal food born of the Vedic seers.

अम॑न्थिष्टां॒ भार॑ता रे॒वद॒ग्निं दे॒वश्र॑वा दे॒ववा॑तः सु॒दक्ष॑म् । अग्ने॒ वि प॑श्य बृह॒ताभि रा॒येषां नो॑ ने॒ता भ॑वता॒दनु॒ द्यून्
amanthiṣṭāṃ bhāratā revadagniṃ devaśravā devavātaḥ sudakṣam agne vi paśya bṛhatābhi rāyeṣāṃ no netā bhavatādanu dyūn
Invoke, Bharata-born, the revered Agni, famed among the gods, skilful in sacrifice. O Agni, behold the vast hosts; be our leader and thus grant us strength.

दश॒ क्षिपः॑ पू॒र्व्यं सी॑मजीजन॒न्सुजा॑तं मा॒तृषु॑ प्रि॒यम् । अ॒ग्निं स्तु॑हि दैववा॒तं दे॑वश्रवो॒ यो जना॑ना॒मस॑द्व॒शी
daśa kṣipaḥ pūrvyaṃ sīmajījanansujātaṃ mātṛṣu priyam agniṃ stuhi daivavātaṃ devaśravo yo janānāmasadvaśī
He hurled tenfoldly from before, born in the killing hosts, dearer than mothers. Praise Agni, the heavenly wind of the gods, who rules over peoples and vanquishes the hostile.

नि त्वा॑ दधे॒ वर॒ आ पृ॑थि॒व्या इळा॑यास्प॒दे सु॑दिन॒त्वे अह्ना॑म् । दृ॒षद्व॑त्यां॒ मानु॑ष आप॒यायां॒ सर॑स्वत्यां रे॒वद॑ग्ने दिदीहि
ni tvā dadhe vara ā pṛthivyā iḷāyāspade sudinatve ahnām dṛṣadvatyāṃ mānuṣa āpayāyāṃ sarasvatyāṃ revadagne didīhi
You have placed the boon here for the earth, Ilā's good portion on the sacred path of day. Look upon our banner among men, upon the rivers Sarasvatī and Revadaga; grant it.

इळा॑मग्ने पुरु॒दंसं॑ स॒निं गोः श॑श्वत्त॒मं हव॑मानाय साध । स्यान्नः॑ सू॒नुस्तन॑यो वि॒जावाग्ने॒ सा ते॑ सुम॒तिर्भू॑त्व॒स्मे
iḷāmagne purudaṃsaṃ saniṃ goḥ śaśvattamaṃ havamānāya sādha syānnaḥ sūnustanayo vijāvāgne sā te sumatirbhūtvasme
Agni, Ilā, the mighty slayer of men, ever best among cows, accept this offering for the ritual. May our sons and descendants prosper; O Agni, grant me your good counsel and let it be for my welfare.
