त्यमू॒ षु वा॒जिनं॑ दे॒वजू॑तं स॒हावा॑नं तरु॒तारं॒ रथा॑नाम् । अरि॑ष्टनेमिं पृत॒नाज॑मा॒शुं स्व॒स्तये॒ तार्क्ष्य॑मि॒हा हु॑वेम
tyamū ṣu vājinaṃ devajūtaṃ sahāvānaṃ tarutāraṃ rathānām ariṣṭanemiṃ pṛtanājamāśuṃ svastaye tārkṣyamihā huvema
This, indeed, is the vigorous, god-proclaimed, companion-bearing, swift tree of chariots. For the well-protected yoke, O people of strength, I will invoke auspiciousness here with offerings.

इन्द्र॑स्येव रा॒तिमा॒जोहु॑वानाः स्व॒स्तये॒ नाव॑मि॒वा रु॑हेम । उर्वी॒ न पृथ्वी॒ बहु॑ले॒ गभी॑रे॒ मा वा॒मेतौ॒ मा परे॑तौ रिषाम
indrasyeva rātimājohuvānāḥ svastaye nāvamivā ruhema urvī na pṛthvī bahule gabhīre mā vāmetau mā paretau riṣāma
Like Indra we offered night and called for well-being; together we mounted the boat like a bark. Earth, abundant and deep, do not go left nor be taken by enemies afar.

स॒द्यश्चि॒द्यः शव॑सा॒ पञ्च॑ कृ॒ष्टीः सूर्य॑ इव॒ ज्योति॑षा॒पस्त॒तान॑ । स॒ह॒स्र॒साः श॑त॒सा अ॑स्य॒ रंहि॒र्न स्मा॑ वरन्ते युव॒तिं न शर्या॑म्
sadyaścidyaḥ śavasā pañca kṛṣṭīḥ sūrya iva jyotiṣāpastatāna sahasrasāḥ śatasā asya raṃhirna smā varante yuvatiṃ na śaryām
Immediate, swift, by breath five-foldly, like the sun, are the rays that came; thousands, hundreds of them press upon him — they do not grant a maiden to the unworthy.
