अ॒ग्निं हि॑न्वन्तु नो॒ धियः॒ सप्ति॑मा॒शुमि॑वा॒जिषु॑ । तेन॑ जेष्म॒ धनं॑धनम्
agniṃ hinvantu no dhiyaḥ saptimāśumivājiṣu tena jeṣma dhanaṃdhanam
May intellects slay Agni for us, like the seventh Aśvin in rites; by that may he grant us wealth and treasure.

यया॒ गा आ॒करा॑महे॒ सेन॑याग्ने॒ तवो॒त्या । तां नो॑ हिन्व म॒घत्त॑ये
yayā gā ākarāmahe senayāgne tavotyā tāṃ no hinva maghattaye
By which (power) we made the cows come, army-firing Agni, protector of thy people—do you vanquish that for our flourishing.

आग्ने॑ स्थू॒रं र॒यिं भ॑र पृ॒थुं गोम॑न्तम॒श्विन॑म् । अ॒ङ्धि खं व॒र्तया॑ प॒णिम्
āgne sthūraṃ rayiṃ bhara pṛthuṃ gomantamaśvinam aṅdhi khaṃ vartayā paṇim
Agni, bear a mighty realm, extend widely the possessors of cows and horses; place the blind sky before us, make the path with thy hand.

अग्ने॒ नक्ष॑त्रम॒जर॒मा सूर्यं॑ रोहयो दि॒वि । दध॒ज्ज्योति॒र्जने॑भ्यः
agne nakṣatramajaramā sūryaṃ rohayo divi dadhajjyotirjanebhyaḥ
Agni, bring forth the undying star, cause the sun to rise in the sky; set the light for men and peoples.

अग्ने॑ के॒तुर्वि॒शाम॑सि॒ प्रेष्ठः॒ श्रेष्ठ॑ उपस्थ॒सत् । बोधा॑ स्तो॒त्रे वयो॒ दध॑त्
agne keturviśāmasi preṣṭhaḥ śreṣṭha upasthasat bodhā stotre vayo dadhat
Agni, you are the banner among the scattered ones, best and foremost standing near; bestowed wisdom placed praise for us.
