श्री॒णन्नुप॑ स्था॒द्दिवं॑ भुर॒ण्युः स्था॒तुश्च॒रथ॑म॒क्तून्व्यू॑र्णोत्
śrīṇannupa sthāddivaṃ bhuraṇyuḥ sthātuścarathamaktūnvyūrṇot
May the prosperous one stand above the earth as a supporter; let him establish the bright chariot and make it arise.

परि॒ यदे॑षा॒मेको॒ विश्वे॑षां॒ भुव॑द्दे॒वो दे॒वानां॑ महि॒त्वा
pari yadeṣāmeko viśveṣāṃ bhuvaddevo devānāṃ mahitvā
As one among them for all the worlds, may the heavenly god, greatness of the gods, be present for the beings.

आदित्ते॒ विश्वे॒ क्रतुं॑ जुषन्त॒ शुष्का॒द्यद्दे॑व जी॒वो जनि॑ष्ठाः
āditte viśve kratuṃ juṣanta śuṣkādyaddeva jīvo janiṣṭhāḥ
The sun, who rejoices in all rites, the parched which the gods call life—those born are sustained by the living one.

भज॑न्त॒ विश्वे॑ देव॒त्वं नाम॑ ऋ॒तं सप॑न्तो अ॒मृत॒मेवैः॑
bhajanta viśve devatvaṃ nāma ṛtaṃ sapanto amṛtamevaiḥ
All worship the divinity and its name; abiding in Rta, they drink the immortal waters.

ऋ॒तस्य॒ प्रेषा॑ ऋ॒तस्य॑ धी॒तिर्वि॒श्वायु॒र्विश्वे॒ अपां॑सि चक्रुः
ṛtasya preṣā ṛtasya dhītirviśvāyurviśve apāṃsi cakruḥ
Sender of order, of order the intelligence—universal life created the worlds and fashioned the waters.

यस्तुभ्यं॒ दाशा॒द्यो वा॑ ते॒ शिक्षा॒त्तस्मै॑ चिकि॒त्वान्र॒यिं द॑यस्व
yastubhyaṃ dāśādyo vā te śikṣāttasmai cikitvānrayiṃ dayasva
Whether you grant tenfold wealth or instruction, may he who gives command treat him with favor; have mercy on him.

होता॒ निष॑त्तो॒ मनो॒रप॑त्ये॒ स चि॒न्न्वा॑सां॒ पती॑ रयी॒णाम्
hotā niṣatto manorapatye sa cinnvāsāṃ patī rayīṇām
When the priest was seated, his mind went to its place; having cut off their bonds, he became lord of the possessions.

इ॒च्छन्त॒ रेतो॑ मि॒थस्त॒नूषु॒ सं जा॑नत॒ स्वैर्दक्षै॒रमू॑राः
icchanta reto mithastanūṣu saṃ jānata svairdakṣairamūrāḥ
They desired seed together in the bodies, the foolish ones knew it with their own skilled acts.

Fathers and sons gratified the rite; others heard his command like swift coursers.

vi rāya aurṇodduraḥ purukṣuḥ pipeśa nākaṃ stṛbhirdamūnāḥ
A man sprang forth like a strong progeny; he longed for breath; his nose was restrained by women like breakers.
