त्वामि॒दा ह्यो नरोऽपी॑प्यन्वज्रि॒न्भूर्ण॑यः । स इ॑न्द्र॒ स्तोम॑वाहसामि॒ह श्रु॒ध्युप॒ स्वस॑र॒मा ग॑हि
tvāmidā hyo naro'pīpyanvajrinbhūrṇayaḥ sa indra stomavāhasāmiha śrudhyupa svasaramā gahi
Even yesterday I sought you, O man, as one clothed in strength and abundant; I call Indra the singer of hymns—hear and hold the friendly shelter here.

मत्स्वा॑ सुशिप्र हरिव॒स्तदी॑महे॒ त्वे आ भू॑षन्ति वे॒धसः॑ । तव॒ श्रवां॑स्युप॒मान्यु॒क्थ्या॑ सु॒तेष्वि॑न्द्र गिर्वणः
matsvā suśipra harivastadīmahe tve ā bhūṣanti vedhasaḥ tava śravāṃsyupamānyukthyā suteṣvindra girvaṇaḥ
We praise you, swift in actions, like a spotted rider; the seers adorn you, keen of skill; your fame among sons is sung, O Indra, with praised words.

श्राय॑न्त इव॒ सूर्यं॒ विश्वेदिन्द्र॑स्य भक्षत । वसू॑नि जा॒ते जन॑मान॒ ओज॑सा॒ प्रति॑ भा॒गं न दी॑धिम
śrāyanta iva sūryaṃ viśvedindrasya bhakṣata vasūni jāte janamāna ojasā prati bhāgaṃ na dīdhima
They nourish like the sun all the peoples of Indra; born are the riches and peoples—portion to strength is not withheld.

अन॑र्शरातिं वसु॒दामुप॑ स्तुहि भ॒द्रा इन्द्र॑स्य रा॒तयः॑ । सो अ॑स्य॒ कामं॑ विध॒तो न रो॑षति॒ मनो॑ दा॒नाय॑ चो॒दय॑न्
anarśarātiṃ vasudāmupa stuhi bhadrā indrasya rātayaḥ so asya kāmaṃ vidhato na roṣati mano dānāya codayan
I praise Vasudhā, free from greed, the auspicious nights of Indra. May the Decider not be angry at his desire, rousing the mind to give.

त्वमि॑न्द्र॒ प्रतू॑र्तिष्व॒भि विश्वा॑ असि॒ स्पृधः॑ । अ॒श॒स्ति॒हा ज॑नि॒ता वि॑श्व॒तूर॑सि॒ त्वं तू॑र्य तरुष्य॒तः
tvamindra pratūrtiṣvabhi viśvā asi spṛdhaḥ aśastihā janitā viśvatūrasi tvaṃ tūrya taruṣyataḥ
O Indra, among returning hosts you are all-aspiring competition. Born of unbinding force, you are the world-embracing one; you quickly grant vigor from beyond.

अनु॑ ते॒ शुष्मं॑ तु॒रय॑न्तमीयतुः क्षो॒णी शिशुं॒ न मा॒तरा॑ । विश्वा॑स्ते॒ स्पृधः॑ श्नथयन्त म॒न्यवे॑ वृ॒त्रं यदि॑न्द्र॒ तूर्व॑सि
anu te śuṣmaṃ turayantamīyatuḥ kṣoṇī śiśuṃ na mātarā viśvāste spṛdhaḥ śnathayanta manyave vṛtraṃ yadindra tūrvasi
They followed your subtle quick march; do not let the newborn child be harmed. All-aspiring ones approach you; if you swiftly smite Vṛtra, they will rejoice.

इ॒त ऊ॒ती वो॑ अ॒जरं॑ प्रहे॒तार॒मप्र॑हितम् । आ॒शुं जेता॑रं॒ हेता॑रं र॒थीत॑म॒मतू॑र्तं तुग्र्या॒वृध॑म्
ita ūtī vo ajaraṃ prahetāramaprahitam āśuṃ jetāraṃ hetāraṃ rathītamamatūrtaṃ tugryāvṛdham
Thus you uprooted age, the slayer of foes without malice. Swiftly triumphant, like a chariot unturned, increasing mighty strength.

इ॒ष्क॒र्तार॒मनि॑ष्कृतं॒ सह॑स्कृतं श॒तमू॑तिं श॒तक्र॑तुम् । स॒मा॒नमिन्द्र॒मव॑से हवामहे॒ वस॑वानं वसू॒जुव॑म्
iṣkartāramaniṣkṛtaṃ sahaskṛtaṃ śatamūtiṃ śatakratum samānamindramavase havāmahe vasavānaṃ vasūjuvam
The wish-maker without deceit, ever-made together, performing a hundred sacrifices and a hundred deeds. We invoke Indra equally; we call the wealthy Vasava, wealth-bestower.
