न॒ह्य१॒॑न्यं ब॒ळाक॑रं मर्डि॒तारं॑ शतक्रतो । त्वं न॑ इन्द्र मृळय
nahya1nyaṃ baḷākaraṃ marḍitāraṃ śatakrato tvaṃ na indra mṛḷaya
Not another, mighty in force, the hundred‑sacrificed crusher; you, O Indra, do not neglect.

यो नः॒ शश्व॑त्पु॒रावि॒थामृ॑ध्रो॒ वाज॑सातये । स त्वं न॑ इन्द्र मृळय
yo naḥ śaśvatpurāvithāmṛdhro vājasātaye sa tvaṃ na indra mṛḷaya
He who is our everlasting front, the ancient path-maker, protector of the ritual offerings—O Indra, do not neglect.

किम॒ङ्ग र॑ध्र॒चोद॑नः सुन्वा॒नस्या॑वि॒तेद॑सि । कु॒वित्स्वि॑न्द्र णः॒ शकः॑
kimaṅga radhracodanaḥ sunvānasyāvitedasi kuvitsvindra ṇaḥ śakaḥ
Why, O bold charioteer, did you rouse fierce conflict? Be strong for us, Indra, be able.

इन्द्र॒ प्र णो॒ रथ॑मव प॒श्चाच्चि॒त्सन्त॑मद्रिवः । पु॒रस्ता॑देनं मे कृधि
indra pra ṇo rathamava paścāccitsantamadrivaḥ purastādenaṃ me kṛdhi
Indra, put the chariot forward, the thoughtful, astonished by the foe; prepare it for me from the front.

हन्तो॒ नु किमा॑ससे प्रथ॒मं नो॒ रथं॑ कृधि । उ॒प॒मं वा॑ज॒यु श्रवः॑
hanto nu kimāsase prathamaṃ no rathaṃ kṛdhi upamaṃ vājayu śravaḥ
Slayer, why did you as first strike down our chariot? The mighty fame of speed is near.

अवा॑ नो वाज॒युं रथं॑ सु॒करं॑ ते॒ किमित्परि॑ । अ॒स्मान्सु जि॒ग्युष॑स्कृधि
avā no vājayuṃ rathaṃ sukaraṃ te kimitpari asmānsu jigyuṣaskṛdhi
You secured for us a difficult chariot and precious wealth; what beyond this do you desire? Make us victorious, conquer for us.

इन्द्र॒ दृह्य॑स्व॒ पूर॑सि भ॒द्रा त॑ एति निष्कृ॒तम् । इ॒यं धीरृ॒त्विया॑वती
indra dṛhyasva pūrasi bhadrā ta eti niṣkṛtam iyaṃ dhīrṛtviyāvatī
Indra, hold fast in the town; blessings come when the brave are released. This courage-making one has become mighty.

मा सी॑मव॒द्य आ भा॑गु॒र्वी काष्ठा॑ हि॒तं धन॑म् । अ॒पावृ॑क्ता अर॒त्नयः॑
mā sīmavadya ā bhāgurvī kāṣṭhā hitaṃ dhanam apāvṛktā aratnayaḥ
Do not withhold the best portion, O radiant one; timber and wealth are indeed beneficial; gems are not shut away.

तु॒रीयं॒ नाम॑ य॒ज्ञियं॑ य॒दा कर॒स्तदु॑श्मसि । आदित्पति॑र्न ओहसे
turīyaṃ nāma yajñiyaṃ yadā karastaduśmasi āditpatirna ohase
The third, named the sacrificer, when you then strife with the enemy—Sun‑lord, do not oppress us.

अवी॑वृधद्वो अमृता॒ अम॑न्दीदेक॒द्यूर्दे॑वा उ॒त याश्च॑ देवीः । तस्मा॑ उ॒ राधः॑ कृणुत प्रश॒स्तं प्रा॒तर्म॒क्षू धि॒याव॑सुर्जगम्यात्
avīvṛdhadvo amṛtā amandīdekadyūrdevā uta yāśca devīḥ tasmā u rādhaḥ kṛṇuta praśastaṃ prātarmakṣū dhiyāvasurjagamyāt
They expanded, immortals and the goddesses came together; therefore make bright praise, morning‑seeking, O strong one, who moves with thought.
