ये त्रिं॒शति॒ त्रय॑स्प॒रो दे॒वासो॑ ब॒र्हिरास॑दन् । वि॒दन्नह॑ द्वि॒तास॑नन्
ye triṃśati trayasparo devāso barhirāsadan vidannaha dvitāsanan
Those thirty, the three-footed gods, ascended the wild places; they know the two-seated ones.

वरु॑णो मि॒त्रो अ॑र्य॒मा स्मद्रा॑तिषाचो अ॒ग्नयः॑ । पत्नी॑वन्तो॒ वष॑ट्कृताः
varuṇo mitro aryamā smadrātiṣāco agnayaḥ patnīvanto vaṣaṭkṛtāḥ
Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryamā, our protectors, the Agnis, possessing wives, have made the vigour of the oblation.

ते नो॑ गो॒पा अ॑पा॒च्यास्त उद॒क्त इ॒त्था न्य॑क् । पु॒रस्ता॒त्सर्व॑या वि॒शा
te no gopā apācyāsta udakta itthā nyak purastātsarvayā viśā
They bestowed upon us cows and gifts thus; they established the sacred hymn. Before them all, the realms are full.

यथा॒ वश॑न्ति दे॒वास्तथेद॑स॒त्तदे॑षां॒ नकि॒रा मि॑नत् । अरा॑वा च॒न मर्त्यः॑
yathā vaśanti devāstathedasattadeṣāṃ nakirā minat arāvā cana martyaḥ
As the gods are strong, so are these mortals like their kine. Mortal man waxes and wanes like a swift-moving stream.

स॒प्ता॒नां स॒प्त ऋ॒ष्टयः॑ स॒प्त द्यु॒म्नान्ये॑षाम् । स॒प्तो अधि॒ श्रियो॑ धिरे
saptānāṃ sapta ṛṣṭayaḥ sapta dyumnānyeṣām sapto adhi śriyo dhire
Of the seven are seven ṛṣis, seven heavens of those; seven the wealth above in steadfast mind.
