उप॑ नः सु॒तमा ग॑हि॒ सोम॑मिन्द्र॒ गवा॑शिरम् । हरि॑भ्यां॒ यस्ते॑ अस्म॒युः
upa naḥ sutamā gahi somamindra gavāśiram haribhyāṃ yaste asmayuḥ
Bring to us the most fit Soma, Indra, the head of cows; he who made these offerings is ours for protection.

तमि॑न्द्र॒ मद॒मा ग॑हि बर्हिः॒ष्ठां ग्राव॑भिः सु॒तम् । कु॒विन्न्व॑स्य तृ॒प्णवः॑
tamindra madamā gahi barhiḥṣṭhāṃ grāvabhiḥ sutam kuvinnvasya tṛpṇavaḥ
Bring here, Indra, the richest, the foremost libation, the bull among cows, fully satisfied with drops.

इन्द्र॑मि॒त्था गिरो॒ ममाच्छा॑गुरिषि॒ता इ॒तः । आ॒वृते॒ सोम॑पीतये
indramitthā giro mamācchāguriṣitā itaḥ āvṛte somapītaye
Thus they spoke about Indra with song; cover him for the Soma drink.

इन्द्रं॒ सोम॑स्य पी॒तये॒ स्तोमै॑रि॒ह ह॑वामहे । उ॒क्थेभिः॑ कु॒विदा॒गम॑त्
indraṃ somasya pītaye stomairiha havāmahe ukthebhiḥ kuvidāgamat
To Indra, for Soma-drinking, we offer hymns and oblations; rites have come in many places in the chants.

इन्द्र॒ सोमाः॑ सु॒ता इ॒मे तान्द॑धिष्व शतक्रतो । ज॒ठरे॑ वाजिनीवसो
indra somāḥ sutā ime tāndadhiṣva śatakrato jaṭhare vājinīvaso
Indra and Soma, strengthened, have placed these (drinks) in you a hundred‑minded ones; like dwellers of the belly (they) abide in the votive place.

वि॒द्मा हि त्वा॑ धनंज॒यं वाजे॑षु दधृ॒षं क॑वे । अधा॑ ते सु॒म्नमी॑महे
vidmā hi tvā dhanaṃjayaṃ vājeṣu dadhṛṣaṃ kave adhā te sumnamīmahe
We know you, Dhananjaya, set as bearer of the oblations in the rites, to whom we offer this youthful libation.

इ॒ममि॑न्द्र॒ गवा॑शिरं॒ यवा॑शिरं च नः पिब । आ॒गत्या॒ वृष॑भिः सु॒तम्
imamindra gavāśiraṃ yavāśiraṃ ca naḥ piba āgatyā vṛṣabhiḥ sutam
Drink for us this Indra‑offering: the head of cows and the head of barley, coming with bulls, the pressed (soma) libation.

तुभ्येदि॑न्द्र॒ स्व ओ॒क्ये॒३॒॑ सोमं॑ चोदामि पी॒तये॑ । ए॒ष रा॑रन्तु ते हृ॒दि
tubhyedindra sva okye3 somaṃ codāmi pītaye eṣa rārantu te hṛdi
Indra, I call upon you with this draught and Soma for drinking; may these whirl within thy heart.

त्वां सु॒तस्य॑ पी॒तये॑ प्र॒त्नमि॑न्द्र हवामहे । कु॒शि॒कासो॑ अव॒स्यवः॑
tvāṃ sutasya pītaye pratnamindra havāmahe kuśikāso avasyavaḥ
For the drink of the suta I strive to invoke you, Indra; Kushika‑born, Asya‑born are the Vasus (who) attend.
