मा प्र गा॑म प॒थो व॒यं मा य॒ज्ञादि॑न्द्र सो॒मिनः॑ । मान्तः स्थु॑र्नो॒ अरा॑तयः
mā pra gāma patho vayaṃ mā yajñādindra sominaḥ māntaḥ sthurno arātayaḥ
Do not lead us astray from the path, nor from the sacrifice of Indra and Soma. May we be upheld inwardly, may we not be subdued.

यो य॒ज्ञस्य॑ प्र॒साध॑न॒स्तन्तु॑र्दे॒वेष्वात॑तः । तमाहु॑तं नशीमहि
yo yajñasya prasādhanastanturdeveṣvātataḥ tamāhutaṃ naśīmahi
He who attends to making ready the sacrificial seat for the gods—may we destroy that oblation prepared against us.

मनो॒ न्वा हु॑वामहे नाराशं॒सेन॒ सोमे॑न । पि॒तॄ॒णां च॒ मन्म॑भिः
mano nvā huvāmahe nārāśaṃsena somena pitṝṇāṃ ca manmabhiḥ
Let our minds be invoked with invincible Soma, with strength like a war-host; and may our thoughts be with the Fathers by the rites.

आ त॑ एतु॒ मनः॒ पुनः॒ क्रत्वे॒ दक्षा॑य जी॒वसे॑ । ज्योक्च॒ सूर्यं॑ दृ॒शे
ā ta etu manaḥ punaḥ kratve dakṣāya jīvase jyokca sūryaṃ dṛśe
Come again, O mind, when I have performed the rite skillfully; may you live. May you behold the bright Sun.

पुन॑र्नः पितरो॒ मनो॒ ददा॑तु॒ दैव्यो॒ जनः॑ । जी॒वं व्रातं॑ सचेमहि
punarnaḥ pitaro mano dadātu daivyo janaḥ jīvaṃ vrātaṃ sacemahi
May our Fathers grant us the divine-born mind. Let us establish life and the vow by truth.

व॒यं सो॑म व्र॒ते तव॒ मन॑स्त॒नूषु॒ बिभ्र॑तः । प्र॒जाव॑न्तः सचेमहि
vayaṃ soma vrate tava manastanūṣu bibhrataḥ prajāvantaḥ sacemahi
We, Soma, uphold your vow; may minds bear you in their bodies. Let those full of progeny establish truth for us.
