भायै दार्वाहारं प्रभायाऽअग्न्येधं ब्रध्नस्य विष्टपायाभिषेक्तारं वर्षिष्ठाय नाकाय परिवेष्टारं देवलोकाय पेशितारं मनुष्यलोकाय प्रकरितारं म सर्वेभ्यो लोकेभ्यऽउपसेक्तारम अवऽ ऋत्यै वधायोपमन्थितारं मेधाय वासः पल्पूउलीं प्रकामाय रजयित्रीम।
Bhāyai dārvāhāra≈ prabhāyā'agnyedha≈ bradhnasya viṣṭapāyābhiṣektāra≈ varṣiṣṭhāya nākāya pariveṣṭāra≈ devalokāya peśitāra≈ manuṣyalokāya prakaritāra| m sarvebhyo lokebhya'upasektāram ava' ṛtyai vadhāyopamanthitāra≈ medhāya vāsaḥ palpūulī≈ prakāmāya rajayitrīm.
For fear, for the giver of bread (dārvāhāra), for fame, for the fire-eater (agnyedha), for the sacrificer smeared with Viṣṭapa’s butter, for the eldest (varṣīṣṭha), for the nose (nāka) who encircles, for the deva-world, for the messenger, for the human world, for the creator, for me, for all worlds as one who sits near, for the season, for the slaughtered (vadhā) and thrashing, for intellect, for dwelling, for the palpūlī (a plant), for the relaxed (prakāma), for the queen (rajayitrīm).
