नवभिरस्तुवत पितरोऽसृज्यन्ताऽदितिरधिपत्न्यासीत। एकादशभिरस्तुवतऽऋतवोऽसृज्यन्तार्तवाऽअधिपतयऽ आसंन। त्रयोदशभिरस्तुवत मासाऽअसृज्यन्त संवत्सरोऽधिपतिरासीत। पञ्चदशभिरस्तुवत क्षत्रमसृज्यतेन्द्रोऽधिपतिरासीत। सप्तदषभिरस्तुवत ग्राम्याः पशवोऽसृज्यन्त बृहस्पतिरधिपतिरासीत।
Navabhirastuvata pitaro'sṛjyantā'ditiradhipatnyāsīt. Ekādaśabhirastuvata'ṛtavo'sṛjyantārtavā'adhipataya' āsa|n. Trayodaśabhirastuvata māsā'asṛjyanta sa≈vatsaro'dhipatirāsīt. Pa¤cadaśabhirastuvata kṣatramasṛjyatendro'dhipatirāsīt. Saptadaṣabhirastuvata grāmyāḥ paśavo'sṛjyanta bṛhaspatiradhipatirāsīt.
The Fathers, praising with nine, produced Aditi as mistress; with eleven they produced the Ritus (seasons), with you as their lord; with thirteen they produced the months, the year being their lord; with fifteen they created the realm, Indra being its lord; with seventeen they produced domestic cattle, Brihaspati being their lord.
