।।6.18।।यदा प्रयोजनविषयं चित्तम् आत्मनि एव विनियतं विशेषेण नियतं निरतिशयप्रयोजनतया तत्रैव नियतंनिश्चलम् अवतिष्ठते तदा सर्वकामेभ्यो निःस्पृहः सन् युक्त इति उच्यते योगार्ह इति उच्यते।
