।।13.8।।इन्द्रियार्थेषु वैराग्यम् आत्मव्यतिरिक्तेषु विषयेषु सदोषतानुसंधानेन उद्वेजनम्। अनहंकारः अनात्मनि देहे आत्माभिमानरहितत्वम्? प्रदर्शनार्थम् इदम्? अनात्मीयेषु आत्मीयाभिमानरहित्वं च अपिविवक्षितम्। जन्ममृत्युजराव्याधिदुःखदोषानुदर्शनम् -- सशरीरत्वे जन्ममृत्युजराव्याधिदुःखस्वरूपस्य दोषस्य अवर्जनीयत्वानुसंधानम्।
