When this (entire universe) is filled with flames, the flames spread on all sides, above and below. Vayu (the wind element) swallows up Rupa (colour or form) , the luminous quality of Jyotis (the fire element). The entire fire element merges in the cosmic air, like the flame of lamp in the great wind.
