By means of these three Vydhdras (utterances) Brahma created the worlds. Hence BhUh is remembered as Parthiva Loka (Earth) and firmament is remembered as Bhuvah. Svarloka is heaven. This is the conclusion in the Puranas. Agni (Fire-god) is the lord of Bhutas. Hence he is remembered as Bhutapati.
