यथाप॑वथा॒ मन॑वे वयो॒धा अ॑मित्र॒हा व॑रिवो॒विद्ध॒विष्मा॑न् । ए॒वा प॑वस्व॒ द्रवि॑णं॒ दधा॑न॒ इन्द्रे॒ सं ति॑ष्ठ ज॒नयायु॑धानि
yathāpavathā manave vayodhā amitrahā varivoviddhaviṣmān evā pavasva draviṇaṃ dadhāna indre saṃ tiṣṭha janayāyudhāni
As in former times the manly, warlike ones slew enemies and pierced floods, so may the same purifying Soma set flowing riches upon Indra, standing firm, begetting weapons.
As you did flow to Manu possessing food, slaying enemies, acquiring wealth, having oblations, so now flow bringing us riches; abide you in Indra; make manifest (your) weapons.
As thou didst flow for Manu Life-bestowing, Foe-queller, Comforter, rich in oblations, Even thus flow onward now conferring riches: combine with Indra, and bring forth thy weapons.
