उ॒त प्र पि॑प्य॒ ऊध॒रघ्न्या॑या॒ इन्दु॒र्धारा॑भिः सचते सुमे॒धाः । मू॒र्धानं॒ गावः॒ पय॑सा च॒मूष्व॒भि श्री॑णन्ति॒ वसु॑भि॒र्न नि॒क्तैः
uta pra pipya ūdharaghnyāyā indurdhārābhiḥ sacate sumedhāḥ mūrdhānaṃ gāvaḥ payasā camūṣvabhi śrīṇanti vasubhirna niktaiḥ
Then the wise drank and, by the milking women and streams, the bright ones shone. The cows gave their heads with milk, and the riches of the Vasus they proclaimed with songs.
And he nourishes the cow's udder; the intelligent Indu is associated with his stream; the cows clothe the elevated Soma in the ladles with their milk as with newly washed robes.
Yea, swollen is the udder of the milch-cow: thither in streams goes very sapient Indu. The kine make ready, as with new-washed treasures, the Head and Chief with milk within the vessels.
