ए॒वा राजे॑व॒ क्रतु॑मा॒ँ अमे॑न॒ विश्वा॒ घनि॑घ्नद्दुरि॒ता प॑वस्व । इन्दो॑ सू॒क्ताय॒ वच॑से॒ वयो॑ धा यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
evā rājeva kratumām̐ amena viśvā ghanighnadduritā pavasva indo sūktāya vacase vayo dhā yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
Thus, O king, perform the ritual; by this may all the bolt-breaking, dreadful ones be repelled. Indra spoke the sacred hymn: you, O winds, protect us always with auspiciousness.
Thus (glorified), to you (Soma) like a king, performing your functions, flow on destroying all evils by your might; Indu, give food (in answer) to (our) well-recited praise; do you (O gods) cherish us ever with blessings.
Thus like a wise and potent King flow onward, destroying with thy vigour all misfortunes. For our well-spoken hymn give life, O Indu. Do ye preserve us evermore with blessings.
