May Agni travel the paths; in the heavens there is no rain; the purifier watches the firmaments. He who bears a thousand waters is not absent for me; stand up, O Mother, come to the forest, and Soma with thee.
This horse of burden moves forth by the (sacrificial) paths; when purified you flow like the rain from heaven; the thousand-streamed Soma sits down among us on his mother's lap in the water.
THIS Chariot-horse hath moved along the pathways, and Pavamana flowed like rain from heaven. With us hath Soma with a thousand currents sunk in the wood, upon his Mother's bosom.
