pavasva soma kratuvinna ukthyo'vyo vāre pari dhāva madhu priyam jahi viśvānrakṣasa indo atriṇo bṛhadvadema vidathe suvīrāḥ
Pavamana, Soma, be the priest’s act proclaimed in hymns, running round the oblation like a beloved. Destroy all foes, Indra, O protector, here: great warriors are the guardians of order.
Flow for us, Soma, cognizant of (our) worship and deserving praise; pour (your) beloved sweet-flavoured (juice) upon the woollen fleece; slay, Indu, all the voracious rākṣasas; blessed with excellent male offspring may we offer ample (praises) at the sacrifice.
Winner of' power, flow, Soma, worthy of our laud: run onward to the fleece as well-beloved meath. Destroy, O Indu, all voracious Raksasas. With brave sons in the assembly let our speech be bold.
