Before them the Ashvins, Pavamana, bright-breasted, bring down the divine cows with milk, the earth’s gem. They set the seers in their loftiest places; those who anoint you make the sages’ furrows sing.
Purified (Soma), your celestial steed-like (streams) as quick as thought are poured along with the milk into the receptacle; the ṛṣis, the ordainers (of sacrifice), who cleanse you, O ṛṣi-enjoyed (Soma), pour your continuous (streams) into the midst (of the vessel).
Fleet as swift steeds, thy drops, divine, thought-swift, have been, O Pavamana, poured with milk into the vat. The Rsis have poured in continuous Soma drops, ordainers who adorn thee, Friend whom Rsis love.
