ayaṃ punāna uṣaso vi rocayadayaṃ sindhubhyo abhavadu lokakṛt ayaṃ triḥ sapta duduhāna āśiraṃ somo hṛde pavate cāru matsaraḥ
This again made the dawn shine; this became a world-maker from the rivers. This thrice, the sevenfold milkings, Soma poured into the heart; the steerer found the lovely season.
(It is) he (who), when purified, illumines the dawn; he the maker of the world is (prosperous) for the rivers; this Soma, having milked the thrice seven (cows) of their curds and milk, exhilarating, flows plural asantly to (go to) the heart.
He, being purified, hath made the Mornings shine: this, even this is he who gave the rivers room. He made the Three Times Seven pour out the milky flow: Soma, the Cheerer, yields whate'er the heart finds sweet.
