अत्यं॑ मृजन्ति क॒लशे॒ दश॒ क्षिपः॒ प्र विप्रा॑णां म॒तयो॒ वाच॑ ईरते । पव॑माना अ॒भ्य॑र्षन्ति सुष्टु॒तिमेन्द्रं॑ विशन्ति मदि॒रास॒ इन्द॑वः
atyaṃ mṛjanti kalaśe daśa kṣipaḥ pra viprāṇāṃ matayo vāca īrate pavamānā abhyarṣanti suṣṭutimendraṃ viśanti madirāsa indavaḥ
They anoint exceedingly—ten pitchers they hurl—then the seers’ mind and speech delight. The Pavamana flows, they approach; they enter the praised Indra with offerings of intoxicating draughts.
The ten fingers clean the horse in the pitcher; among the vipras the worshippers send forth praises; the filtered (juices) hasten to the fair praise, the exhilarating Soma juices enter Indra.
Ten rapid fingers deck the Courser in the jar: with hymns the holy singers send their voices forth. The filtering juices hasten to their eulogy, the drops that gladden find their way to Indra's heart.
