Bearer of heaven pours forth; making the savour he roused the skilled assembly of gods among men. Hari the creator brought forth much—he did not vainly fashion slaughters among beings; he made offerings in the rivers.
(Soma) the sustainer (of all) flows from the firmament, the purifiable juice, the invigorator of the gods, worthy tobe praised by the priests; green-tinted like a horse let loose by the charioteers he easily restores his vigour in the waters.
ON flows the potent juice, sustainer of the heavens, the strength of Gods, whom men must hail with shouts of joy. The Gold-hued, started like a courser by brave men, impetuously winneth splendour in the streams.
