They bore a thousand-fold and a hundred-fold and a third-degree—may these progeny be increasing in vitality. Four navels were fixed; oblations of heaven fill the streams; immortal ghee flows forth.
May those (juices) which are in the third world, the world of many streams, unconnected, bestowing progeny, descend; the four digits (of the Soma) sent down from heaven bearing water bring the oblation and the nectar.
In the third region which distils a thousand streams, may the Exhaustless Ones descend with procreant power. The kindred Four have been sent downward from the heavens: dropping with oil they bring Amrta and sacred gifts.
