त्वे॒षं रू॒पं कृ॑णुते॒ वर्णो॑ अस्य॒ स यत्राश॑य॒त्समृ॑ता॒ सेध॑ति स्रि॒धः । अ॒प्सा या॑ति स्व॒धया॒ दैव्यं॒ जनं॒ सं सु॑ष्टु॒ती नस॑ते॒ सं गोअ॑ग्रया
tveṣaṃ rūpaṃ kṛṇute varṇo asya sa yatrāśayatsamṛtā sedhati sridhaḥ apsā yāti svadhayā daivyaṃ janaṃ saṃ suṣṭutī nasate saṃ goagrayā
They shape for you the form, the color of him in whom the gathered delights dwell; he who offers the divine oblation with worship goes with the foremost cows.
His ray creates a shining form; at whatever battle it is present, it beats down the adversaries; the giver of water goes with the oblation to the divine people, (it meets) with good praise; (Soma) is joined by (a hymn) demanding kine as the chief boon.
His covering assumes a radiant hue; where'er he comes into the fight he drives the foe afar. The Winner of the Floods, with food he seeks the host of heaven, he comes to praises glorified with milk.
