अ॒भ्य॑भि॒ हि श्रव॑सा त॒तर्दि॒थोत्सं॒ न कं चि॑ज्जन॒पान॒मक्षि॑तम् । शर्या॑भि॒र्न भर॑माणो॒ गभ॑स्त्योः
abhyabhi hi śravasā tatardithotsaṃ na kaṃ cijjanapānamakṣitam śaryābhirna bharamāṇo gabhastyoḥ
He struck with the ears of hearing; the earth’s praise did not spare any people; arrows striking churned in the womb of the two.
You have burst open (the filter) with (your) food as (one bursts open) an inexhaustible fountain giving drink to the nation, like one taking up (water) with the fingers of his two hands.
All round about hast thou with glory pierced for us as 'twere a never-failing well for men to drink, Borne on thy way in fragments from the presser's arms.
