उ॒भा हि द॒स्रा भि॒षजा॑ मयो॒भुवो॒भा दक्ष॑स्य॒ वच॑सो बभू॒वथुः॑ । ता वां॒ विश्व॑को हवते तनूकृ॒थे मा नो॒ वि यौ॑ष्टं स॒ख्या मु॒मोच॑तम्
ubhā hi dasrā bhiṣajā mayobhuvobhā dakṣasya vacaso babhūvathuḥ tā vāṃ viśvako havate tanūkṛthe mā no vi yauṣṭaṃ sakhyā mumocatam
Both indeed were healing physicians, both born of Mayu, both were words of Daksha. May the all-creating one invoke you; make our bodies slender; do not make us enemies—free our friendship.
Dasras, physicians, sources of happiness, you both were (the objects) of Dakṣa's praise; Viśvaka nowinvokes you for the sake of his son; sever not our friendships, but fling loose (your reins and gallop here).
O INDRA, Lord of Light, what joys thou broughtest from the Asuras, Prosper therewith, O Maghavan, him who lauds that deed, and those whose grass is trimmed for thee.
