Valiant Mghavan, warrior with shattered might, you and your might mingle for prowess. Both your arms, like bulls, O hundred-sacrificing one, saw the thunderbolt they sought.
Maghavan is the shatterer, the hero, great in wealth, and the conductor to victory (over our enemies),Śatakratu, both your arms, which grasp the thunderbolt, are the showerers (of blessings).
From where oblations must be laid, which is the Well-beloved's home, He with his tongue hath compassed heaven.
