indrāvaruṇā saumanasamadṛptaṃ rāyaspoṣaṃ yajamāneṣu dhattam prajāṃ puṣṭiṃ bhūtimasmāsu dhattaṃ dīrghāyutvāya pra tirataṃ na āyuḥ
Indra and Varuna placed fair-minded Soma, nourishing the realms in sacrifices: may they grant offspring, strength, prosperity in us, long life—let not age shorten it.
O Indra and Varuṇa, give to the offerers cheerfulness without levity, and abundance of wealth; give tous offspring, food, prosperity; prolong our lives to length of days.
Let not a godless mortal gain this food, O thou whose life is long! But one who yokes the bright-hued steeds, the Etasas, even Indra yoker of the Bays.
