पा॒र्ष॒द्वा॒णः प्रस्क॑ण्वं॒ सम॑सादय॒च्छया॑नं॒ जिव्रि॒मुद्धि॑तम् । स॒हस्रा॑ण्यसिषास॒द्गवा॒मृषि॒स्त्वोतो॒ दस्य॑वे॒ वृकः॑
pārṣadvāṇaḥ praskaṇvaṃ samasādayacchayānaṃ jivrimuddhitam sahasrāṇyasiṣāsadgavāmṛṣistvoto dasyave vṛkaḥ
The flank-bearing priests spread the oblation and furnished the sacrificial board; a thousand kine the seers assigned; the herdsman fought the robber like a wolf.
The descendant of Pṛṣadvana entertained the aged Praskaṇva who lay rejected (by his kindred);aided by you the seer Dasyave-vṛka desired to obtain thousands of cows.
Sole among chiefs, companionless, impetuous, and peerless, he Hath waxen great o'er many folk, yea., over all things born, in might.
