प्र सु श्रु॒तं सु॒राध॑स॒मर्चा॑ श॒क्रम॒भिष्ट॑ये । यः सु॑न्व॒ते स्तु॑व॒ते काम्यं॒ वसु॑ स॒हस्रे॑णेव॒ मंह॑ते
pra su śrutaṃ surādhasamarcā śakramabhiṣṭaye yaḥ sunvate stuvate kāmyaṃ vasu sahasreṇeva maṃhate
Hear this: the songs, the hymns offered to the highest, for the sake of Lord Indra. He who sings and praises, desiring gain, even a thousandfold treasure may he win.
I would praise the far-famed, the bounteous Śakra, for the sake of his protection, who gives desirablewealth by thousands to the presser of the Soma and the offerer of hymns.
BOTH boons,-may Indra, hitherward turned, listen to this prayer of ours, And mightiest Maghavan with thought inclined to us come near to drink the Soma juice.
