When the gods’ heroic might was impaired by evil deeds, then thrice they reached the universal attainment, and they established for us a safeguard; O exalted ones, O heralds, be gracious to us.
Deities, whatever evil is manifest, whatever is concealed, (let it be not found) in Trita Āptya, keep it farfrom us; your aids are void of harm, your aids are true aids.
Each evil deed made manifest, and that which is concealed, O Gods, The whole thereof remove from us to Trita Aptya far away.
