यस्मि॒न्विश्वा॑नि॒ काव्या॑ च॒क्रे नाभि॑रिव श्रि॒ता । त्रि॒तं जू॒ती स॑पर्यत व्र॒जे गावो॒ न सं॒युजे॑ यु॒जे अश्वा॑ँ अयुक्षत॒ नभ॑न्तामन्य॒के स॑मे
yasminviśvāni kāvyā cakre nābhiriva śritā tritaṃ jūtī saparyata vraje gāvo na saṃyuje yuje aśvām̐ ayukṣata nabhantāmanyake same
In whom all songs were fashioned and set like a navel adorned; threefold the bond went round, the cows grazed not yoked, horses remained unyoked—may he make many others equal in heaven.
In whom all pious acts are concentrated, like the nave in the (centre of the) wheel, worship him quicklywho abides in the three worlds; as men assemble the cattle in their pasture, so do (our foes) collect their horses(to assail us); may all our adversaries perish.
In whom all wisdom centres, as the nave is set within the wheel. Haste ye to honour Trita, as kine haste to gather in the fold, even as they muster steeds to yoke.
