श्या॒वाश्व॑स्य॒ रेभ॑त॒स्तथा॑ शृणु॒ यथाशृ॑णो॒रत्रेः॒ कर्मा॑णि कृण्व॒तः । प्र त्र॒सद॑स्युमाविथ॒ त्वमेक॒ इन्नृ॒षाह्य॒ इन्द्र॑ क्ष॒त्राणि॑ व॒र्धय॑न्
śyāvāśvasya rebhatastathā śaṛṇu yathāśaṛṇoratreḥ karmāṇi kṛṇvataḥ pra trasadasyumāvitha tvameka innṛṣāhya indra kṣatrāṇi vardhayan
Hear like the neighing of his black steed, and do here the deeds of the listener; by terrifying dread you alone, invoker, increase the realms for men, Indra, augmenting their might.
Hear the praises of Śyāvāśva eulogizing you, as you have heard those of Atri engaged in piousrites; you alone have protected Trasadasyu in battle, augmenting his vigour.
Hear thou Syavasva while he sings to thee, as erst thou heardest Atri when he wrought his holy rites. Indra, thou only gavest Trasadasyu aid in the fierce fight with heroes, strengthening his powers.
