ह॒तं च॒ शत्रू॒न्यत॑तं च मि॒त्रिणः॑ प्र॒जां च॑ ध॒त्तं द्रवि॑णं च धत्तम् । स॒जोष॑सा उ॒षसा॒ सूर्ये॑ण॒ चोर्जं॑ नो धत्तमश्विना
hataṃ ca śatrūnyatataṃ ca mitriṇaḥ prajāṃ ca dhattaṃ draviṇaṃ ca dhattam sajoṣasā uṣasā sūryeṇa corjaṃ no dhattamaśvinā
They struck down enemies and crushed foes; they bestowed progeny and wealth. With the company of dawn, of Ushas, of Surya — grant us the oblation, O Ashvins.
Destroy your foes, repair to your friends, grant progeny, give wealth, and, united with the dawn and withSūrya, give us, Aśvins, strength.
Slay enemies, animate men whom ye befriend; bestow upon us progeny and aff luence. Accordant, of one mind with Surya and with Dawn, O Asvins, grant us vigorous strength.
