यः सु॑ष॒व्यः सु॒दक्षि॑ण इ॒नो यः सु॒क्रतु॑र्गृ॒णे । य आ॑क॒रः स॒हस्रा॒ यः श॒ताम॑घ॒ इन्द्रो॒ यः पू॒र्भिदा॑रि॒तः
yaḥ suṣavyaḥ sudakṣiṇa ino yaḥ sukraturgṛṇe ya ākaraḥ sahasrā yaḥ śatāmagha indro yaḥ pūrbhidāritaḥ
He who is well‑sleeping, skilful to the right, he who is brilliant in deeds and in the house; he whose radiance is a thousandfold, who is hundred‑armed—Indra, who went forth with foremost strength.
He who is well-handled, both left and right, who is the lord, who is wise, he performer of numerousgreat acts, the giver of vast wealth, Indra, who is the demolisher of cities, who is gratified by praise, is glorified(by us).
He Who is praised as strong of hand both right and left, most wise and hold: Indra who, rich in hundreds, gathers thousands up, honoured as breaker-down of forts.
