From him grew might, O Indra, the herd, wealth of the son born of Soma. Today they laud his greatness as of old with hymns and songs.
Indra augments the energy and the strength of this (his worshipper), when he exhilaration of the Somais diffused through his body; men celebrate in due order his might today as they did of old.
Indra increased his manly strength at sacrifice, in the wild rapture of this juice. And living men to-day, even as of old, sing forth their praises to his majesty.
